# Getting Started

RSET is a software tool designed to ease the process of modifying and using 3D infrastructure scans (or *digital twins*).

To get started using RSET, you only need 4 things:\
\- [An enomalies.net user account (free to create).](/rset-documentation/getting-started/creating-an-enomalies.net-account.md)\
\- [An RSET License](/rset-documentation/getting-started/rset-licenses.md) (you can purchase these from enomalies.net or request a free 2-week trial).\
\- The RSET Software (downloaded from enomalies.net after you purchase a license or start your trial)\
\- A 3D Scan (RSET uses .obj files - if you want to test RSET but don't have any scans, we have some sample scans available too)
